Dr. Proctor is a graduate of Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency at OSU-COM Cherokee Nation in Family Medicine/OMM. As chief resident, he also instructed other residents and medical students on ultrasound-guided techniques, OMM, and primary care. Dr. Proctor is board-certified in Family Medicine and OMM through the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. After training, Dr. Proctor worked full-time as an Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine physician while instructing medical students and residents. Beyond his professional endeavors, Dr. Proctor enjoys spending time with his family and embracing Montana's natural beauty.
