This ceremonial “coating” is a rite of passage as a student embarks on a career in medicine. Students will be provided with three tickets each for friends and family.
We at the Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine Harlem Campus value the ceremony as symbolizing the entrance into the field of medicine, along with the responsibilities and expectations associated with becoming a physician.
