The Film Aleppo, Executively Produced by Dr. Conrad Fischer
PHR will be having Touro's very own Dr. Conrad Fischer join us virtually to stream and discuss his short film "Aleppo."
Dr. Fischer executively produced the film "Aleppo" which tells the story of one doctor's experience in Aleppo, Syria. The intent of the film is to shed light of the work of selfless doctors and victims of war as well as evoke empathy for millions of people displaced within and beyond Syria's borders. The film will be streamed and then followed by a Q&A session/discussion with Dr. Fischer afterwards. Although the event will be held on zoom, we will also have an in person option on the Middletown campus, second year lecture hall. Snacks and beverages will be provided!
