Student Panel: Unfiltered Advice on Studying for Boards After 1st Year
The AMA Medical Student Section has recruited 3rd and 4th year TouroCOM students from Staten Island University Hospital to come speak about how they started studying for board exams during the summer after 1st year and into the 2nd year.
They’ll be giving unfiltered advice about what worked for their scores, what didn’t work, which resources they liked and didn’t like, which 1st year classes helped the most, what they did during their free time during 2nd year, and will answer any questions you may have. This is a great opportunity to network with the 3rd and 4th years.
This panel will also feature Dr. Marianne Smith, an Internal Medicine physician and Director of Medical Student Education for the Department of Medicine at Staten Island University Hospital.
Lunch will be provided!
