This meeting is mandatory for at least one member of each SO's eboard who will be responsible for relaying the information to the rest of the eboard. It's recommended at least two people (if not your entire eboard) attend from each organization.
We will be going over the proper procedures on:
-How to get event approval
-How to reserve rooms
-What can be reimbursed and what can't be reimbursed
-How to get reimbursements
