Middletown Annual Free Health Fair

Our annual Health Fair is happening this weekend, Sunday March 12th, from 11-3PM at the Galleria at Crystal Run. (Reminder that daylight saving time starts this Sunday) Free raffles, sweet treats, and prizes will be available!
The goal of this health fair is to maximize basic health care access to the community, increase health education and to increase awareness about osteopathic medicine. This is an amazing opportunity for us to bring the community together by transforming medicine into something more engaging, informative, and exciting for people of all ages. We are also accepting donations for HONOR and RECAP (items such as toiletries, socks, towels, and warm clothes that are unused).

- FREE Blood Pressure Screenings
- Vision Screenings
- Nutritional Advice
- Women’s Health & Patient’s Rights Information
- Free Raffles and Prizes
- Osteopathic Medicine Treatments
- Mini-Med School for Kids
- Blood drive
- Managing Anxiety & Stress
Donations of adult men and women’s socks, clothing, shoes, towels and hygiene products will be collected by HONORehg and RECAP.
