SOMA Resolutions Review

The event will be an opportunity for you all to voice your opinion on some potential policy suggestions that can directly impact your future in your medical education and how you practice medicine in the future! Take a stand, have your voice heard and be a part of shaping your future!

The way this works is that the Student Osteopathic Medical Association (SOMA) has an upcoming House of Delegates in which all policy recommendations (called resolutions) will be debated on the house floor. By the end of the conference, the resolutions that are agreed upon will be accepted and begin to affect policy immediately! Certain resolutions can even be sent up directly to the American Osteopathic Association and other bodies to directly affect their policies.

The goal of the event is to discuss the upcoming Resolutions and gather the student body opinion so that your voices can be accurately represented at the upcoming conference!
