Dr. David Colbourne and your very own peers will be demonstrating different non-contact movements that you can use to escape from a sticky situation.
We'll be showcasing a mix of old and new moves so we welcome returning and new participants to join. You'll have a chance to practice these maneuvers with each other. No previous training is needed!
Attire: comfortable clothes
Thanks to PMRIG, SAOAO, and ACOS there will be a giveaway of safety defense equipment for those who participate.
