135th Street, between Frederick Douglas Boulevard and St Nicholas Avenue

Proposed Time: 11:30-3PM for First Aid volunteers; 12:30-3pm for all others.

Student volunteers will be doing first aid under supervision of some of our TouroCOM faculty. This event is the brainchild of our very own Deans Goldberg and Palmer in response to the tragic shooting in South Carolina. Student volunteers will mainly be treating dehydration and minor cuts and bruises. This event is expected to draw crowds in the thousands, so as many students as possible are encouraged to participate.

We can meet by 9:45 in the 124th Street lobby, or join the team on 135th between St Nicholas and Frederick Douglas Boulevard. The event will begin at 11:30, so if any student can make it between 9:45 through 3 PM they are welcome.
