Dr. Jennifer Zepf will be leading a discussion on the Association Between Hospitialization and Community-Acquired Laboratory-Confirmed Influenza Pneumonia and Prior Receipt of Influenza Vaccination. This will be a great journal club meeting to attend if you are interested to learn how an article is to be presented and how to mediate a journal club meeting.

For those interested in attending journal club, please plan to read the article before the meeting. Feel free to make notes and comments on the methodology and conclusions of the article. Remember, this is a student led discussion where we will all benefit from each other's comments, questions, and insight.

This is a great opportunity to stay current with the latest clinical research in preparation for rotations and residency. Also, being a discussion leader and/or actively participating in journal club is a wonderful way to show your attending faculty members your interest in research, which can be reflected in your Dean's letter.
