Samir Rahman will be presenting on Age of Transfused Blood in Critically Ill Adults.
Journal Club provides students an opportunity to present current research to faculty and classmates.
What does presenting involve: Students take a journal article of their choosing (preferably from the past 2 years) and present it.
Frequently attending or presenting at journal club is a great way to show attending faculty members that you are passionate about research, which can be reflected in your MSPE (Dean's Letter) that you will be submitting to residency programs.
