TARGET AUDIENCE & COURSE OBJECTIVE: This workshop is designed for first through fourth year medical students with an interest in learning about current topics in urology.
INSTRUCTOR BIO: Lanna Cheuck, DO, Assistant Professor of Urology, specializes in minimally invasive and endoscopic surgery for the treatment of kidney stone disease. Dr. Cheuck is a graduate of The New York College of Osteopathic Medicine (Psi Sigma Alpha), and she completed her internship in General Surgery at the University of Massachusetts. Dr. Cheuck received her residency training in Urology at Brown University. She acquired her fellowship training in robotics and minimally invasive urologic surgery at Montefiore and Einstein. She is a Fellow of The American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Urological Association as well as the Society of Women in Urology. Dr. Cheuck has served as faculty of different universities including Touro College of Osteopathetic Medicine, The New York College of Osteopathetic Medicine, Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine at Hofstra University, and Ross University School of Medicine.
