A wellness workshop offered by the Office of Student Mental Health Services.
One of three sessions to help students develop integral skills to succeed and thrive in school and their personal lives. Students will learn ways to understand and be empowered by their emotions. We will discuss:
- managing anxiety
- emotion regulation
- interpersonal effectiveness.
Open to all Touro graduate students, virtual meetings through Zoom will be held every Tuesday for three weeks, beginning October 10, 2023.
