Free Bleeding Control Course

The Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine Middletown Campus is proud to offer a FREE educational “STOP THE BLEED” public training in Bleeding Control so our community may be able to provide frontline aid in the event of life-threatening bleeding before first responders are able to take over.
The training follows the guidelines of the American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma where participants will learn how to stop bleeding and will practice placing tourniquets and packing wounds. Participants will receive a certification in Bleeding Control from the American College of Surgeons at the conclusion of the training.
