The Fall Into Health Fair is hosted by the Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in partnership with Harlem Hospital Center, Renaissance Healthcare Network, the Hepatitis Outreach Network, and the Be the Match Bone Marrow Registry. Members of the Harlem community will receive free blood pressure, diabetes, BMI, and cholesterol screenings as well as HIV and hepatitis B/C testing.
