The Dermatology SO is hosting a talk focusing on getting into the field of plastic surgery. There will 2 guest speakers, both of which are plastic surgeons from NYU; Dr. Barry Zide and Dr. Joseph Mirrer.
Both of them will talk about:
1. What makes a student competitive for plastic surgery residency.
2. What do you advise students do during rotation, as in what makes them stand out to be supervising physicians during that time.
3. What scores are needed for their licensing exam, USMLE (along with COMLEX)
Dr. Zide will focus on
