Facilities Committee
There is in place a Facilities Committee that meets regularly to review a) overall facilities concerns, b) management of, and c) responses to all reported facilities issues at the COM. Following are the committee members for academic year 2018-2019.

Property Damage (Conduct) Violations
Damage to the property is considered a conduct violation. The following acts with respect to the property are considered to be violations of unacceptable student professional conduct for which disciplinary action may be taken as provided hereinabove.
- Physical abuse of any person on College property, or conduct which threatens or endangers the health or safety of any person
- Theft of, or damage to property of a member of the College on campus, or theft of, or damage to, property of the Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine
