Library Instruction & Research Consultations

Library Instruction

The TouroCOM Middletown library staff members are pleased to offer instruction to Touro students on information resources and the research process in the form of in-class sessions.

Faculty members can request a session at least 1 week in advance via email at If you would like the session to be focused around a class assignment, please provide some information on the assignment (requirements, due dates, etc.) so the librarians can properly prepare their lesson plans.

Research Consultations

Students and faculty members can meet one-on-one with a librarian for assistance with research, reviewing papers or accessing resources offered by the library. Appointments can be made at least 1 day in advance via email at or in person. Walk-Ins are welcome as long as a librarian’s schedule is free to perform a consultation.
