Shelbi joins TouroCOM - Harlem with over 17 years of experience as a Clinical Social Worker. Prior to joining the COM, Shelbi served as the Clinical Social Worker for the Morris Heights Health Center, Bronx NY as well as the Hudson River Community Health Center, Peekskill, NY. Shelbi received her Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Work and her Bachelor’s in Psychology from the State University of New York at Purchase. Shelbi describes her approach to care as person centered and is experienced in coordinating with other care agencies such as hospitals, primary care centers and mobile crisis teams.
