Off-campus

Here in the suburbs you can find a number of beautiful and well maintained apartment and townhouse complexes all over the Middletown area and its surrounding towns of Wallkill and Wawayanda, most of which are less than a 10 minute drive from the campus. Free parking is provided on campus.

Rent and Roommates

There are “luxurious” 1 bedroom apartments that are priced for less than $1400, while other apartment complexes offer 1 bedroom dwellings for as low as under $900. Another option is to check out houses for rent in the surrounding area and then find roommates to make the rent more affordable.

Getting Around

Although not completely necessary, it makes getting around easier if you have your own vehicle. If you don’t, there are cab companies that service the Middletown area. There are also a number of buses and trains, both local and otherwise. Only minutes away are an Amtrak station and the New Jersey Transit station located by Route 211. If you want to go to New York City, there are Coach bus stops that go there every day, several times a day.
