Library Printing Policies
Poster Printing and Color Printing
Students are allowed to print documents in color and print posters ONLY for Touro events, student organizations and professional conferences. Color printing for personal materials or class lectures are NOT permitted. We ask that approved print jobs are sent to the library at least 3 days in advance so we can ensure your materials are printed in a timely manner. Materials can be emailed to email@example.com or delivered in person on a flash drive.
Before sending us your materials, you will need to get approval from the Executive Dean, Dr. Kenneth Steier. A copy of the approval should be sent to Library Director, Heather Alexander and Assistant Librarian, Jennifer Santos at firstname.lastname@example.org when requesting color/poster printing.
All materials should include one of the approved TouroCOM logos.
To download a logo, click the link to the desired logo below, then click on the download link on the upper right.
Posters should be in PDF or PowerPoint format. Be sure to check for spelling, grammatical or formatting errors before sending us your materials. We will only print posters once. Posters can be printed in 24”x36” or 36”x48” formats.
Color documents (flyers, handouts, brochures, etc.) should be in PDF or PowerPoint format. Be sure to check your documents for typos and formatting errors before sending us your materials. Please indicate the number of desired copies in your print request.
